Find out when our practice is open, what the GP consulting times are and what to do if you need help when the practice is closed. Find out more.
Do you need to re-order your medication? Visit our prescriptions page to find out how you can order your repeat prescription online.
Are you aged 17 & 18 born between 1st September 1998 and 30th August 1999?
If so you are eligible for your Men ACWY Vaccine.
With early diagnosis and antibiotic treatment, most people with meningococcal disease make a full recovery. But one in three teenagers with Men W have died as a result of the disease.
Older teenagers and new university students are at higher risk of infection because many of them mix closely with lots of new people, some of whom may unknowingly carry the meningococcal bacteria at the back of their noses and throats.
Call 01829 771588 and speak to one of our receptionists to book your vaccination!

Electronic Prescription Service
Instead of having to come into the Surgery to pick up your prescriptions you can now have them sent directly to your chemist to collect at your convenience.
If you wish to use this service, please visit the chemist of your choice to register. We have registration forms available at both practices for the chemists in Farndon, Tattenhall and Waverton for patients to pick up.
Once you have done this, in future your repeat prescription requests will be sent electronically to them, saving you time.
Click here to see a video for more information.
Please note that NHS Wales does not support this service. So if you live in Wales and have your precription filled at a Welsh chemist you will not be able to use this service.
Car Parking Changes
Due to high volumes of people parking on the pavement along Church Lane (Farndon) Local police have been asked to monitor the situation. Parking on the pavement causes an obstruction and you may be issued a parking ticket.
