Taking flu seriously - having a flu jab is especially important if you have...

  • Asthma                                  
  • Chronic Heart Disease
  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Chronic Liver Disease
  • Chronic Neurological Disease
  • Chronic Respiratory Disease
  • Diabetes
  • Immunosuppression

Or if you...

  • Are aged 65 or over by the 31st March 2019
  • Are or may be pregnant 
  • Are a carer

The Department of Health recommends the flu jab if you are in any of the above ‘At Risk Groups’.

If any of the above apply to you and you wish to have the FLU JAB please call into the surgery  or ring Reception on 01829 771588

Alternatively if you wish to DECLINE the flu vaccine, please let us know by calling 01829 771588.

There is easy access for patients attending either surgery, with facilities for wheelchair access and toilet facilities for the disabled. Our staff are always available should you have any access or mobility issues.
