Salaried GP Vacancy 4-6 sessions
With progression to future partnership intended
We are looking to appoint a forward thinking and motivated GP to join our growing practice based in rural south west Cheshire. The role is for up to 6 sessions but there is the option for 4 sessions. We offer flexibility on the days worked and the intention of a partnership position going forward.
We have an increasing patient list, currently 8,700 able to be seen at our Tattenhall or Farndon Surgeries. Our team includes 2 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants and 1 Clinical Pharmacist. All supported by an excellent administrative team.
We are part of the Rural Alliance Primary Care Network, which consists of 5 other GP Practices within rural Cheshire West, we are committed to continue to grow our multi-disciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to our patient population. We already have Social Prescribing Link Workers, Counsellors and Physiotherapists.
We have streamlined our administrative system to reduce GP workload, releasing more clinical time and reducing pressure. All of our patients are on EPS and over 50% are active users of Patient Access. We have a very committed and supportive Patient Participation Group enabling us to be pro-active on patient issues.

Primary Care Network Manager Vacancy

The Rural Alliance is looking for a Primary Care Network Manager to work for the PCN which is made up of 6 friendly, like-minded GP Practices within rural Cheshire.
The PCN Manager will deliver on a wide range of business, project management, data submission and improvement initiatives across the primary care locality providing strategic and operational transformation, support and leadership.
The successful candidate will work flexibly to support the PCN Clinical Director, Practice Managers and the PCN practices to create a fully-functioning and continually developing Primary Care Network. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and dynamic and who has the ability to effectively communicate and engage with staff at all levels. Strong organisation, management experience and flexibility are key qualities required for this role. The applicant must be able to handle changing demands effectively and prioritise workload to ensure appropriate deadlines are met.
The role holder will have excellent organisational, communication and influencing skills. They will be confident in business and contractual administration. They will be competent and confident using IT systems for the collection, analysis, presentation and use of data and ideally will have an ambitious can-do solution-focused attitude.
